Andraize: The evocative power of memory in the construction of collective imaginaries
Keywords:
family planning centers, memory, social imaginaryAbstract
Andraize was a pioneer plan; it opened its path in Pamplona in 1978. It was about the first public center of family planning and sexual education in Navarra. In the early stage, it became a part of the social imaginary of a social sector. Women and men who fought to build a more open and egalitarian society. It became a reference for these people, and it was incorporated into their memory. No discursive memory, internalized, based on experiences, emotions and gained occurrences.
