New asymmetrical formulations: The sustainability of development

Abstract

The new global context has led to the appearance of new discourses that can be considered asymmetrical. The transformations that have come about have paved the way for discourses which, far from being neutral with or critical toward the new global panorama, carry on a long tradition of hegemony, and make up a world full of inequality and imbalances which, far from disappearing, are increasing constantly.
