This article presents a list of reflections, doubts and conclusions of the fieldwork done with a video camera in a centre hold by squatters. It shows, how the methodology used in the framework of an ethnographical research can contribute with some information and data from the analysis of audio-visual images. An obvious interaction and exchange of information between the author and the members of the analyzed community can be observed too while fieldwork is carried out.
